Directions:
From I-84 from Portland, take the West Hood River (first) exit. Go right along Cascade Avenue through the Les Schwab/Safeway etc. commercial area to the stoplight at Egg Harbour diner restaurant at 13th Street. Take a right at the light onto 13th and proceed south up the hill through "The Heights" of Hood River. Follow the main flow of traffic through another commercial area for about 1.6 miles. Go past Rosauers and out just past Good News Gardening. Before you come to the sharp turn in the road, on your left you will see "Your Party & Rental Center". Turn left there onto Experiment Station Road. Drive down this curving road one quarter mile to the OSU agricultural research complex. Follow the signs to the Hood River Soil and Water Conservation District office.
